Stephanie Vaquer is one of the brightest young stars in the entire pro wrestling industry, women’s distinction be damned. She’s been showing that in every promotion she’s been working in, from independents to AEW to now NXT.
It took her very little time to rise up the ranks and now become a champion.
Indeed, Vaquer challenged Fallon Henley for the North American championship at tonight’s (Sat., Feb. 15, 2025) NXT Vengeance Day premium live event at the CareFirst Arena in Washington D.C., and she was able to overcome Fatal Attraction’s interference to emerge victorious, making history in the process.

It’s not just her first title under the WWE umbrella but she has become the first South American born woman to win gold with the company.

The question now will quickly become how much longer they’ll bother spending on training her in the WWE ways in NXT. It’s clear she’s ready for bigger and better things.
